“LUSìN,” an enchanting contemporary circus show, draws inspiration from the rich philosophical world of Georges Ivanovič Gurdjieff. The name itself, derived from the Armenian “LUNA,” emphasizes the connection with the celestial, while the plot unravels around man’s utopian desire to reach the moon.
In this journey between love and illusion, “LUSìN” uses body language as its primary vehicle of expression. Circus disciplines, such as roue cyr, hand to hand, woven and aerial hoop, are woven into a synergy of dance and physical theater.
“LUSìN” invites the audience to explore the boundaries of their consciousness, to immerse themselves in a journey beyond tangible reality. Full of suggestions and emotions, this performance is an ode to self-discovery, a dance between the earthly and the heavenly, between the search for the utopian and inner awareness.
